The Inner Work Place is a free community coaching call for advertising folks who are interested in exploring how career can intersect with the deeper parts of our lives, like personal desires, truths, passions, callings and personal evolution.

As a Freedom School offering, this community generally caters toward freelancers, however, anyone interested in understanding how to better navigate their inner world as it relates to career, ambition, art, goals and income is welcome to join.

Sessions will include brief thematic talks designed for thoughtful exploration, inspiration and personal reflection, as well as time for Q&A / coaching.

We’ll cover topics universal to advertising people like Imposter Syndrome, Burnout and Creative Expression, as well as fun stuff, like building careers that can hold our truth, our art and the gifts we are here to bring to the world.

The Inner Work Place is for you if…

You’re a “growth” person. You love to understand the inner workings beyond the surface-level situations, and are obsessed with using every experience as fodder for your personal evolution.

You’re secretly, (or, not-so-secretly) a tad bit “woo.” You’ve heard your intuition try to get in touch with you before, and you have a hunch that it’s not nothing. You like to play with “The Universe,” and have a sneaking suspicion that we’re not just here in these lives to figure out how to earn a living, and then die.

You’re a career-oriented person, but you’ve reached the point where you’d like the work you do on a daily basis to mean a little bit more to you. You want to understand what work could look like if you were to follow your authentic soul’s calling, rather than trying to keep up with the Linkedin trends, the “shoulds,” or the status quo.

You’ve occasionally, (or frequently) felt a pull from within you to pursue something specific—like a business, an art project, a book or something else—but you keep getting caught in the mental minefield of logistics, finances, insecurities and other roadblocks.

You aren’t interested in looking inward and assessing where you have power and agency. Instead, you’re looking for a place to blame others and insist on what you think you know to be true about “how things are.”

You want a quick fix to your career woes or client acquisition issues.

Meet your coach. I’m Michele.

As someone who succeeded in traditional advertising roles by mastering other people’s rules—and then built a bespoke 12+ year freelance career that made room for my creative spirit to truly flourish—I now coach talented, thoughtful, and often ‘creatively different’ individuals in reprogramming the habits and beliefs that keep them feeling small, stuck, or stifled.

Through my signature Freedom School methodology, and 13 years of deep personal development and spiritual study, I guide creative types to build careers that honor their unique gifts and way of being in the world—because no one deserves to stay stuck on a career path that doesn’t fit who they really are.
